Call 902-724-MYPC or Email: rmeek@livetechs.ca and request your access code for remote assistance.

Step 2. Click on the LT Icon from your desktop or from below.

Step 3. Enter your Assist Codee

Step 4. Download Dualmon Assist Software

Step 5. Open Dual Assist to Begin

Step 6.Grant permission to your IT specialist.

Step 7. After session is completed.

Dual Assist will automatically uninstall from your system.
